A fourth-generation builder with over 30 years of Real Estate Development, Construction, and Real Estate Advisory experience. Eric founded  Modern Cottage Housing after a successful career working on a wide range of project types and sizes with numerous building owners, tenants, developers, architects, builders, property managers, commercial brokerage, and real estate investment firms.  

Eric was hungry to start up his own firm and offer full-service Real Estate Investment, Development, and Construction Management services to an inefficient, segmented industry.  His passion for Building and vision to improve and innovate the Investment, Development, and Building industry drives him to continually seek out efficiencies.

Eric is a licensed General Contractor and a LEED-accredited professional. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California.
